King Salman Park is a massive development project aimed at creating the world’s largest urban park. It is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and spans approximately 16.6 square kilometers—seven times the size of Central Park in New York City.
The park will include a wide variety of recreational and cultural facilities such as:
• Artificial lakes
• Waterfalls
• Botanical gardens
• Sports fields
• Recreational facilities
• Cultural centers
The total project cost is approximately SAR 86 billion (USD 23 billion), with completion targeted for 2027.
Rawaq partnered with one of the project's contractors to provide engineering consultancy services, including design reviews, redesign, problem-solving for construction challenges, and the approval of various engineering plans.
