As the engineering and design office responsible for the development of Shahin Factory for Swimming Pools and Equipment, located in the Second Industrial City in Riyadh, we approached this project with a focus on functionality, efficiency, and future scalability. The factory was designed to support the manufacturing of high-quality swimming pool equipment, tailored to both commercial and residential needs.
Our design integrates streamlined production workflows, advanced safety systems, and energy-efficient solutions to ensure optimal operational performance. The facility includes designated areas for raw material storage, precision machining, assembly, quality control, and final product storage, all laid out to enhance productivity and minimize internal logistics.
Architecturally, the structure balances industrial durability with a clean, modern aesthetic, reflecting Shahin Factory’s commitment to quality and innovation in the swimming pool industry. The building also complies with all local regulations and industrial standards, ensuring a safe and sustainable working environment.
